Matcha Whipped Cream Recipe

It is delightfully delicious, creamy and smooth, this Matcha whipped cream is perfect toppings for pies, buns, crepes, and so much more!

This cream is made with just 3 simple ingredients (cream, sugar and Matcha) and comes together in only a few minutes. You can just add the ingredients into a bowl and mix them, but there are some tips of making this cream smooth and fluffy.

Let's learn the tips and make Matcha whipped cream.

Tips for Making Delicious Matcha Whipped Cream

1 To prevent lumps of matcha in the cream, and keep it smooth, mix sugar and matcha very well. Also sieving matcha with a tea strainer is recommended.

2  Keep the heavy(whipping) cream cool, as it'll help the cream whip up quickly, and make fluffy.

These tips will all make your work easier:

• Keep the cream in a fridge until you use it,

• chill a bowl in a fridge before using it,

• putting the bowl of cream into a bowl of cold water with ice while whipping.
