The Kinezuka family head, Toshiaki Kinezuka, has been farming tea organically for nearly four decades and is one of Japan’s pioneers in the field. With nearly 30 other farmers in the Fujieda region of Shizuoka Prefecture, he formed Hito to Nou, Shizen wo Tsunagu Kai (“Society connecting people, agriculture and nature” or NaturaliTea) to both research organic farming techniques and aggregate leaves to compete with large scale manufacturers.

How to choose Japanese tea

By partnering with a hundred plus artisanal Japanese tea farms and factories, we offer hundreds of green teas, and dozens of matcha, black tea, oolong tea, etc. Where do you start?

We recomend starting with Sampler Sets!
